Absolutely. In my opinion all these nominees are criminals, even if not officially considered ones in the US legal system. A CEO should be liable for the abusive or immoral aspects of their role as CEO. People say shareholder lawsuits hurt corporate America, and if scumbags like these didn't exist, I'd agree, but they do, and would be much more prolific if they knew they wouldn't be found accountable.
