Did he attribute a persons' success to Govt. or did he attribute that to "somebody else". We have an expectation of you to research things before you post it here. That was cropped to take it out of context, and you made up a word. Obama said "Someone else did". It referred in his first example to a great teacher. Do you want to argue that teachers don't do anything, the party that builds the schools and pays the teachers is the one (or 2 or 3) who motivates a student?
