Sandstorm Gold - SAND / SSL.v warrants

Yes, SDXXF (2015) and SDXXF (2014) can be purchased in the USA thru the grey market (pink sheets). I can also transfer money to an international account and purchase v.SSL.wt and v.SSL.wtA directly.

I'm a warrant newbee> I see 5 warrants converts to 1 common share and SDXXF/ V.SSL.wt (2015) has an exercise price of $5 and SNXXF / V.SSL.wt (2014) has an exercise price of $3.

Does it make sense to position trade the warrants, or is exercising the warrants into common shares the end goal.

Correct...As an American, I have purchased FNNWF and NGDAF through Schwab and Fidelity. They indeed have to be sold, rather than exercised.

The newest Sandstorm warrants (see the links I posted) may not become available in USA. Thanks for the great discussion!
