Yes. It is certainly one of the most Unconstitutional bills in history. The failure of John Roberts to uphold the Constitution is a tragedy. If Romney fails to run a good enough campaign to defeat the socialist then John Roberts will go down in history as one of the worst Chief Justices ever. I have been wondering if Obamacare is the correct name for the bill that passed. In retrospect it appears the bill was almost entirely written in the House. Pelosi recognised she had a weak willed pushover and she demanded he outsource the bill to her minions. Maybe it should be called PelosiCare.
