Bradford said in a press release of Nov 20, 1997 that both SHELL and
TODD Petroleum Mining would enter the gas market in NZ next year. He also stated that Fletcher Challenge and Liberty will be entering the gasoline (petrol) market next year.
If these firms need raw crude and raw natural gas then drilling would seem to be a priority. Guess who has a lot of acerage to be explored right in NZ? Who do you think will be partners with INDX? Shell?
