I'd bet Romney has paid this 15% carried interest tax rate for most of his adult life. With the hundreds of millions in income over that time, the taxes he DID NOT pay because of his avoidance techniques cost the US Treasury big bucks.... How about at least 30% on that income, like folks who don't get the carried interest gimme??? Romney is a hypocrite, he condemns 'freeloaders' while he is one of the biggest of all IMO....

PS - You frame it as a question of 'how many more welfare recipients' should he support. I frame it as why doesn't he pay his fair share.... That money would also support things near and dear to the R's hearts, like defense....
