Hi VBH! I don't know how CVIA can be affected by the Telecommunications Bill (maybe if they merge with a telecom company...), CVIA has NO business at the moment, virtually no debt, it's a clean shell. The stock is currently moving on a speculation regarding the upcoming (reverse) merger with a private company. As we know from the official press release, they are working "with a number of merger candidates". Last week, they signed a Letter of Interest with one of them (yet unknown). They constantly post updates on their website at cvia.com.
