You have an interesting way of looking at things with the 'how many should he support' thing! I guess we simply see things in a different manner. I can't get around the hard numbers, where someone with a huge income pays a smaller percentage of it than an experienced nurse or other professional in many cases.... As you say, when you look at the tax code the loopholes in it are horrendous, and the two sides can't agree on a fix.... I do like the tone and reasoning in your post.... Regards, John
