Energy Transfer Partners LP (ETP) - In for a starter position at $41.95

Ok followed you in to this one as I do like their pipeline operations and locations. I agree w/ you that QE3 makes the cost of capital at an all time low and is beneficial to all of the MLP's.

I still think on any significant sell off, many of these MLP's and other high yielding hybrid utilities will sell off and provide even better entry points. The other focus in my new "buys" is to select companies with "hard real assets" (preferably those that generate excellent Free Cash flows. These types of companies will do well in a high inflation environment.

I still hold a lot of cash and want to deploy these $US into hard assets. I am also looking at REITs and preferreds back by real estate and/or NG/Oil assets. No financials in this portfolio.
