Hello Don: Just came accross your remarks on trading in response to some who think they know better. Your approach makes a lot of sense to me. Setting daily or weekly goals is very important and it sometimes surprises how easily they can be achieved even when they often appear unreachable. Secondly, your idea of focusing on a manageable number of very active stocks by monitoring and understanding their behaviour is very sound and is reflective of someone who has seen proabably seen it all over 30 years experience. What you are essentially doing is not unlike what the floor trader does every day...learning to monitor behavior and react accordingly, only today with the aid of technology we are able to do the same off the floor on a higher plane, because we have the luxury of being able to select the issues we wish to follow.
