I was born and raised in a small town. When the local industries fell on hard times, because they were uncompetitive with the big companies, the town almost died. It was not until the big companies were courted and won, that things turned around. I will grant you that there are times when the smaller company does win, but saying this company is going to do it, when they have been unable to do it in the past is a bit of a stretch. My guess is that Ten Sleep would take anybody who brings in jobs, not just promises them.
