There are currently nearly 14 million (including children) on disability.....I believe 5.4 million (including children) were added under Obama in less than 4 years..

I think you're not counting SSI.

At any rate, the number of people on disability has skyrocketed under Obama. IMO it cannot be explained by anything other than fraud; people losing jobs, and deciding it is a good time to claim disability.
