Harry, I'll throw in an assist for Irby! freeedgar.com is the site that provides free, real time electronically filed reports. You can also set up a watch list and receive email alerts when a company from your watch list files. Very handy site. As well, per the FAQ, they are in the process of securing a source for Forms 3, 4, 5 and 144, which currently do not have to be filed electronically. I receive email alerts of filings that don't make it to other sites sometimes for 24-48 hours. They also provide fairly comprehensive, narrative profiles of companies. One quirk I found was on occasions in the search feature, I have to use the full company name rather than the symbol. No biggie. They also have an Excel add-in that allows integration of the financial data into spreadsheets. Haven't used that feature. There ya go!
