A buddy worked for Animal Control in Austin, Tx. He had me over a couple of times, and we smoked a joint while he wasted some dogs, cats, puppies and kittens. The way they did it was, they put them in a sealed chamber with a window, and pumped all the air out. It had the unfortunate effect of causing the animals to void their bowels and bladders, which my buddy had to hose out after. To avoid the above, spay and neuter. I felt sorry for the animals. Whenever I get a pet now, it's from the pound.
