And I for you of course TJ. We can agree on this point: "w/ qe-ternity, i recommend harder assets and their derivatives" HK is your local market and in spite of the higher prices per sq ft in the luxury condo market I know there are pockets where you can still buy. If I was there I'd probably be doing the same thing. Re mixing ocean view with some others to generate cash flow. I have no doubts that both you and Ramsey are smart guys but even smart guys can make mistakes, seems to me some smart guy wanted to short Apple stock at about $150 but can't quite remember the details, maybe best forgotten.
