Loretta: Regarding your questions, I am merely an investor who tries to stay abreast with the Company through calling a host of people. For sure, the information I get from calling is not always good. I am not an insider by any means. My opinion on Cogent and "no-reverse split" are conclusions that I draw from those calls. Only time will tell the accuracy of my crystal balling. I vaguely recall that you are one of our seniors invested in IDX. May I be so bold as to suggest that perhaps you look into "investment income" instead. A new company selling new technology is inherently risky and is not generally suitable for seniors.
