But that concept rules Republicans' thinking. "I know there's no evidence of voter fraud, but that doesn't mean there isn't any voter fraud. Yes, that is another good example. These people (there I go again, emulating "them": "these people"!) called themselves "The party of ideas." And they just fall in love with those ideas. Unfortunately, they tend to not demand that those ideas actually conform to reality. And, not surprisingly, that gets them into trouble. Instead of reevaluating the ideas when the troubles come, though, they flail against the messenger who tells them that their beloved ideas aren't really so lovable by a lot of people.
