songw, My post wasn't an attack of IDTC, more of a comparison. I agree that the entire industry will benefit, in the short term. I feel that the success of IDTC and others will draw more interest from more investors. I think that in the next year and half to 2 years there will be a lot of winners before a 'thinning of the herds' occurs and separates the contenders from the pretenders. I think IDTC can be one of the winners, I also feel that FTEL can be one. However, I disagreed with crs's point that FTEL will die. I think they have enough oars in the water and a good eye on the future to be competitive. I also think that there short term growth potential is greater than IDTC. IDTC took their run, FTEL appears poised to do the same. I think to ignore any of the competitors in this field will cost money. We are all here to profit and I think all of us who believe in the future of this sector should hedge our bets. Go with the leader, but do not ignore the guys in the rearview mirror, because when their passing you, it isn't as nice a view. I like crs and have enjoyed our debates on these issues. As long as we keep it civilized, I do not mind people defending their stocks. Perhaps we can 'enlighten' each other as to the benefits of our chosen stock, as long as the thread doesn't focus on any one stock. As for me, I know the most about FTEL and that is what brought me into investing in the sector. crs and his posts have made me study more on IDTC, as Atin's have me checking NMSS, etc. That is the value of this thread.
