Bob: I was a little conservative using just $3.4 MM for a DUV tool, with your $5.5 and Cymeed 2000 units annualy we would get to $11 Bilion annualy which is 36.6% of a universe of $30 Billion, rich in my opinion, particulalrly in view of the fact that not all production is going to migrate to DUV, even in 4 years. Furthermore, in a year or two some other producers of eximer lasers are sure to appear. Any one knows what is the current count of wafer fabs? Zeev
