Bob, IMO the company sometimes leaks smoke.
This is a great story for anyone who wants to promote (or to believe) the 0.8 recovery figure. If the story were true and if IPM had paid up, what would the stock be worth now? Would there be any financing problems?
If the story is true, IMO mgt made their greatest blunder to date. If the story is true IPM lied about the unreliability of the AuRIC FA. If you would read the full text of the reports from Bateman and from BD, you'd know the answer <G>.
