Yes, that's probably about right and of that 37%, likely about 25% vote republican. Some of that 25% are church goers who vote for him for their social conservatism and some of the 25% are businesses hopelessly addicted to the government tit. That is the absurdity of Romney's comment that pandered to his audience.
