From this weeks Barrons:

"This contrasts with the situation last spring, when what Morgan Stanley's Barton Biggs called ''trash stocks'' -
companies with minimal profits - reached absurd valuations. Remember Iomega? It reached 55 in the spring,
more than 100 times projected 1996 profits. It since has dropped to 15 3/8."

He should be made to back up or eat his words. I can show him many stocks currently trading "at more than
100 times earnings" that probably won't be around in 5 years. IOM probaly will. Unfortunately he is widely
followed which means that this is still the current opinion of IOM on the street and there is certainly an image
problem that needs to be resolved.
