If anything, they were VERY liberal
Not even close. Liberalism, IE. the belief that the government should give out handouts didn't even start till the late 19th century.

Of course our Founding Fathers were not rightwing extremists. They were Tea Party activists just like most freedom loving Americans of today.

"If anything, they were VERY liberal."

ROTFHWL - So their only complaint was that King George wasn't sending enough free stuff? Wrong, wrong wrong. They were typical Conservatives who valued freedom and individual liberty MUCH more highly than their own personal well being. They were willing to sacrifice for the greater good. This is the opposite of liberals who are willing to make their children and grandchildren sacrifice for their current enjoyment.

If they encountered the whackos that run the democrat party they would probably put them in the stockade.

"They WEREN'T religious for one thing. "

Try reading the history of America. This is possibly the most ignorant and obviously false claim I have heard in a very long time. Well except for what Obama and his minions claim almost daily.

"They were VERY wise men and that's why the Constitution is such a GREAT document."

If it is so great they why don't you support anyone who might encourage us to use it? Obama was quoted in an interview saying that if he and four like minded people were appointed to the SCOTUS they would shred the Constitution. (I believe it was a 1998 interview.)
