Well...I wouldn't count on the current congress to legislate ANYTHING, but if they were to start legislating they could start by legislating all the extra CO2 out of the oceans. en.wikipedia.org We ALL know the sun fluctuates, but how come them sun fluctuations is pumpin' all that CO2 into the oceans???? As I've said, there's relatively NOTHING we can do about global warming, cause all these up and comer nations like China, India and Brazil aren't going to suddenly stop their economic progressions by NOT producing carbon emissions. Global Warming is a "Done Deal" and it will continue until famine, war, and chaos bring it to an end.
