I have a very good friend, a hydro-geologist, and president of a company who does ground water research and environmental site remediation. He explained to me the water there was excellent, and there was a lot of it. And he told me about the geology. I posted it was excellent. And he told me it was off the beaten path a bit. The family's from around those parts. He did say that transportation costs are a big part of profitability in that business. The other part of that post merely explained how the loophole could work the other way. I'm sorry it caused so much apparent confusion.
