They are certainly getting a bad rep around here. Most are Albertan and B.C.er's. They have purchased a ton of real estate which won't turn out to be much of an investment for them if the stuff ever hits the fan.

This cross border buying never ends well. Selling country see overvalued currency neighbor and dress country up to get them to come.

Since real estate is bought for the long term, the circumstances change ad buyer get a raw deal.
