CLK: Yes options were exercised during these selling sprees, coincidently for the same number of shares sold at market. However, I disagree that this is any form of shrewd market playing...if the stock is at 2.3 and I can execise options for .83, not much thought required to make that no-brainer...
I have no fundamental issue with him making money on his company, but there are many presidents of companies that will not sell in these cases because they know full well that they are selling their paper to investors in their company that will become near worthless when his volume of selling pushes the price back down. I know, that the VSE game...

Agreed...but somebody has to chase for those that bought at .45 to make money :-)
Anyway, I've said enough about this topic already...I'll leave the thread to talk about this play---if they can find any info to talk about:-)

just one man's opinion...quite frankly I hope this one works out...its a great story for that area of the U.S.
