Hi Peter,

From what I can tell it was an afiliated person that sold, which doesn't carry the weight of VPs, CFO, Officers, etc. The price suggests that the transaction took place when earnings were released during the crash or shortly afterward. Emotions can run pretty low at times like that, even for insiders. The thing I find most interesting about this company is the lack of insider selling last winter when the price was in the high 50s.
