Re -- Dell has a different market.

Actually, both DELL and CPQ share common markets with the exception of retail.

The point I was getting at, and which steve is insisting on, is that CPQ is using the retail market, to beat DELL in the corporate market. After all pricing and service are key in the PC market.

If DELL does not change its costs, it will have problems. There are small signs that this could be happening. If it accelerates, watch out, DELL could plummet.
