The most recent info I have is that the COW application has been in for some time and is progressing through the normal channels. It is not expected to be a problem as ANZ management has been very careful to foster good relations both with the local people in the Ojalali area and with Government officials. Difficult to say when the COW might be issued.As we all know,timetables are very tennuous things in that part of the world. At this point,however,I would say that this is the least of our worries.Given the desire of the Indo government to be seen to be acting responsibly in the eyes of the IMF and the World Bank etc.I am sure things will work their way along.
