Just my 2 cents re Dr I's 11M. Two possibilities. 1) Perhaps IOM stockpiles these announcements. And further, perhaps they, unlike me :( , remembered it was about time for another Barrons hatchet job, and wanted to save the announce to counterbalance it. 2) Assuming the Dr. I is an IOM employee, perhaps he told when he found out the 11M was shipped, but IOM announces when the 11M is verifiably sold through the channel.

One, someone ask about a new product. Not that it is much,and some of you may have already heard about it, but Exabyte is about to release a Jaz version for the Eagle Nest line ( I thought this was old news but I don't see that anyone has mentioned it yet). Two, about Zips sold press releases. You should know by now that these announcements are planned out very well. Don't think that the minute a milestone is reached you are seeing a release. This has been a very controvesial issue and is really better left alone. I can not tell you the exact date a release will be made because I don't know. And one more thing,start paying attension to oem add-on prices. You are going to be surprised. Someone on the Motley Fool board has already noted one such change. For the neysayers that exist, don't think for one minute that it is a sign of worry. Everything is as planned. It was stated a long time ago that the desire was to bring the Zip price down . WAY DOWN! <<<<<--I'm all for it. My question was about why the 11mm announcement didn't come when expected originally, not "DR I told us all wrong stuff! what's wrong with him/her?" I was concerned that something akin to the malformed plastic faceplate had happened again. I thought I made that clear in my post... NO OFFENSE MEANT TO THE DR>>>>
