Should handle the scarcity of inventory in these parts.

Conspiracy theorist in me says this was all timed for when inventory was tight and investors all fighting over a smaller and smaller pie. The every growing pool of investors should be thrilled to have multiple channels to work distressed deals out post robo signing scandal when the later half of 2011 and much of 2012 trustee sale volume way down versus the prior 4 years..
