That's an excellent question. Apparently Intel's mentality is still with graduated speedgrades. Interesting to me is that Intel apparently has to bond pins (decide what the chip will be rated at) BEFORE the chip is tested which can apparently only be done AFTER the chip is finished. Elmer warned against overclocking because you really don't know what speed grade chip your getting but if they bond pins before testing the chip I'd say Intel must be pretty confident with their processes yielding 233 mhz chips.
