Warmer temps in the arctic should mean more snow and more rain.

Sorry Dufus......but El Nino means more snow and more rain for the west, and a drier midwest and the system is already in place. The arctic temps are irrelevant, so quit your LYING.

Ralph Nader: President Obama’s a ‘war criminal’

By PATRICK GAVIN | 9/25/12 12:56 PM EDT

It’s no surprise that Ralph Nader isn’t a fan of former President George W. Bush. After all, the longtime activist ran against him in both 2000 and 2004. But Nader’s even less a fan of President Barack Obama, if only because he thinks Obama was capable of so much more.

On issues related to the military and foreign policy, Obama’s worse than Bush, “in the sense that he’s more aggressive, more illegal worldwide,” Nader told POLITICO, going so far as to call Obama a “war criminal.”

      Nader assesses political field

( Also on POLITICO: Nader: Both conventions "corrosive")

“He’s gone beyond George W. Bush in drones, for example. He thinks the world is his plate, that national sovereignties mean nothing, drones can go anywhere. They can kill anybody that he suspects and every Tuesday he makes the call on who lives and who dies, supposed suspects in places like Yemen and Pakistan and Afghanistan, and that is a war crime and he ought to be held to account.”

Nader called Obama“below average because he raised expectation levels. What expectation level did George W. Bush raise?… He’s below average because he’s above average in his intellect and his knowledge of legality, which is violating with abandon.”

“I don’t know whether George W. Bush ever read the Constitution,” said Nader. “This man taught the Constitution, and this is what we got.”

Nader gave Obama this much: He’s the lesser of two evils when compared to GOP presidential nominee Mitt Romney. But he said Obama is “the more effective evil because he brings credibility, he brings the democratic heritage to it, he has legitimized the lawless war-mongering and militarism abroad of George W. Bush.”

( Also on POLITICO: Obama at U.N. gives robust defense of free speech)

When asked to highlight some positives about Obama’s presidency, Nader said, “I like the way he’s emphasized renewable energy, even though he still supports nuclear and fossil fuels, as if they’re all the same, all of the above. But he does speak more about renewables than any president perhaps since Jimmy Carter.” (Nader will be speaking at the Green Festival in Washington, D.C., later this month.)

And: “He wanted to have a public works program, he really did want to have a jobs program and the Republicans crushed it and that would have created a lot of jobs that couldn’t be exported to China.”

Nader doesn’t let Republicans off easy, either, calling them “the worst Republican Party in history.”

“We’re dealing with a real sick, decaying Democratic Party that can’t defend the country against the cruelest, most ignorant, most anti-worker, most war-mongering, most Wall Street–indentured Republican Party in its history, since the 1850s.”

As for Romney, Nader said “he’s not the old Romney, governor of Massachusetts. He’s had a character and personality makeover. He’s just bought into the extreme right wing of the Republican Party, represented by Paul Ryan, and I don’t think he’s going to be able to shake that. He’s basically a corporation running for president masquerading as a human being.”

For the first time in a long time, Nader is not running for president this year. From the way he puts it, he may be through with such campaigns.

“I’ve run several times and we’ve documented the two-party tyranny, which means they’re very adept at excluding, with a whole variety of ways, third parties.”

It’s not, however, because he’s been billed by some as a political spoiler.

“That’s a politically bigoted words, as if we’re second-class citizens,” said Nader. “Since we’re all trying to get votes from one another, either we’re all spoilers of one another or none of us are spoilers.”

Savage: 'Spineless' Obama 'crawled' before U.N.

Accuses president of trying to appease 'Third World gangsters'
      Wednesday, September 26, 2012
      wnd.com

With his Middle East policy imploding, Barack Obama “crawled” before “anti-American jackals” at the United Nations General Assembly today to apologize for a film that insulted Islam, said talk radio host Michael Savage.

“We have the most spineless, dangerous president in American history,” Savage told his “Savage Nation” listeners.

He expressed disgust for Obama giving deference to an audience that includes “Third World gangsters who sit there in their silk suits enjoying the 25 percent we the American taxpayer pay to keep them in their silk suits and their prostitutes on the Upper East Side.”

Notably, he said, the audience included the “Hitler of our time,” Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, who has called for Israel’s destruction.

The Obama administration has blamed the attack on the anniversary of 9/11 that killed U.S. Ambassador Christopher Stevens in Libya on rioting provoked by a bizarre anti-Islam trailer posted on YouTube.com, despite evidence of a coordinated attack by jihadists tied to al-Qaida.

“Our president begs them to forgive him for the video, when it wasn’t the video that caused it,” Savage said of Obama’s speech today.

Obama told the General Assembly he has “made it clear that the American government had nothing to do with this video, and I believe its message must be rejected by all who respect our common humanity as an insult not only to Muslims, but to America as well.”

“I’m ready to throw up,” Savage said after playing a clip of Obama’s statement.

“Obama goes before the U.N. like a child and talks about a video? Uses the video to cover for his foreign policy disaster?”

Savage said Obama, who he called a narcissist, can’t ever admit he made a mistake, including his misjudgment of the so-called Arab Spring revolutions across the Middle East.

Obama thought that by appeasing the Muslim world, Savage said, “they would love him.”

“Instead, they killed our ambassador, and he’s done nothing about it, except crawl on his hands and knees.”

The attack that killed Stevens and three American diplomatic staffers, Savage said, was an act of war requiring a military response.

“Any other president would have launched missiles at their training camps,” he said, noting the Libyans have indicated they know who is responsible.

      Mahmoud in love

Continuing with the theme of servility, Savage turned to CNN host Piers Morgan’s interview last night with Ahmadinejad.

Amid concern about the issue on everyone’s mind – Ahmadinejad’s repeated threat to destroy the nation of Israel – Morgan asked: “How many times in your life, Mr. President, have you been properly in love?”

“I’m in love with all of humanity,” Ahmadinejad replied through a translator. “I love all human beings.”

Morgan laughed, commenting: “That’s probably the best answer I’ve had to that question.”

      Savage didn’t hide his revulsion.

“Shame on the stockholders of CNN,” Savage said, noting Ahmadinejad gave his speech in the city with the largest population of Jews outside of Israel.

Later, Savage wondered what it might be like if Morgan had interviewed Adolf Hitler: “Instead of asking about the box cars, the genocide that we hear that is going on in the death camps, Morgan says, ‘Mr. Hitler, when did you decide to become a vegetarian? Mr. Hitler, what is your favorite Bavarian pastry? Mr. Hitler, do you and Eva plan to tie the knot some time in the future?’”

To further compound the insult, Savage noted, Ahmadinejad is scheduled to speak on the Jewish Day of Atonement, Yom Kippur.

It’s like saying on Easter Sunday, he said, “I’m going to kill all the Christians.”

Vote Fraud Watchdog Group Finds Absentee Ballot Fraud, Millions Registered In Multiple States September 26, 2012

But remember: Democrats keep telling us that vote fraud is DEFINITELY. NOT. A. PROBLEM. In their defense, it's not a problem for Democrats because vote fraud almost always favors Democrats.

True The Vote, a national voter fraud watchdog group, announced Tuesday that preliminary research findings show evidence of 31 cases of absentee ballot fraud in New York and Florida. The organization's president says it is just the "tip of the iceberg" when it comes to voter fraud in the United States. The group has formally notified the Office of the Florida Secretary of State, the New York State Board of Elections and the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) that ballots were cast in both states by 31 people during federal elections, according to a press release.

"This is just the tip of the iceberg," True The Vote President Catherine Engelbrecht said in a statement. "This is further evidence of just how susceptible our election system is to voter fraud. Earlier this year, Pew Research found more than 2.75 million people nationwide are registered to vote in more than one state."

The organization is also calling on federal officials in both states to investigate.

Gloves off! Obama scorched as 'serial liar'

'Lies just flow out of his mouth as naturally as a baby's cries'
      by Joe Kovacs
      Wednesday, September 26, 2012
      wnd.com

PALM BEACH, Fla. – Rush Limbaugh, the top-rated radio host in America, is now calling President Obama “a serial liar” who is “delusional” and “pathological” in fabrications being told by his administration.

“Barack Obama is a serial liar, and I think it’s time to call him out on this,” Limbaugh said Wednesday afternoon.

His analysis began with the Obama administration’s claim the recent onslaught against the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya, was in response to an anti-Muslim movie on YouTube.

Libyan President Mohamed Magarief said the film had “nothing to do” with the attack.

“Reaction should have been, if it was genuine, should have been six months earlier. So it was postponed until the 11th of September,” Magarief told NBC News. “They chose this date, 11th of September to carry a certain message.”

Limbaugh said, “They have lied to us for a week about this video. Obama went to the U.N. yesterday and made most of his speech or quite a large part of his speech about this video, which even now, nobody has ever seen. All they’re doing is promoting it. All they’re doing is giving others who want to be agitated by it an excuse to be.”

When pondering why Obama and his administration would lie, Limbaugh had a hard time coming up with an explanation.

“I’m not a liar. I can’t explain them,” he said.

“It’s pathological, it’s the same as trying to explain Bill Clinton. These people construct with all of their lies an actual reality they live in. I think they tell the lie so often – it’s the definition of a pathological liar, you believe the lies that you tell. It is a sickness. And this is just the latest illustration of Obama as a serial liar.”

Limbaugh then analyzed Obama’s economic claims, noting Obama on “60 Minutes” blamed his predecessor, President George W. Bush, for the rising U.S. debt.

“The fact is Obama is responsible for 5 and a half trillion dollars in debt in just four years,” he said.
“Bush had nothing to do with it. That doesn’t even count what’s coming with Obamacare. I’m not denying that Bush was a big spender, but the debt that we’ve got now, 5 and a half trillion dollars of it, took place in the last three and a half years with Obama at the helm. It’s his. He owns it, he broke it.”

Limbaugh said the U.S. is headed for an economic collapse if something doesn’t change:

“It’s difficult to pinpoint when, but it’s going to happen. This is unsustainable. This kind of spending, and this kind of debt and the debt service cannot continue and at the same time have a thriving and growing private-sector economy. Now Obama gets away with these statements which come fast and frequently, but there’s something not right about this. These lies just flow out of his mouth and off of his lips as naturally as a baby’s cries.”

He continued: “I don’t know if it’s purposeful, if he’s delusional or if it’s strategic. It could be a combination of those things. He’s running commercials in battleground states claiming that Romney’s tax plan would increase taxes on the middle class by $2,000. There’s nothing, there’s not a single thing in Romney’s tax plan that raises taxes on the middle class. Romney cut taxes by 20 percent. He doesn’t raise taxes on anybody. It’s Obama who’s going to be raising taxes. Obama is in effect, what he’s doing, is taking what his policies are going to be, his future policies, and what his policies have been and he’s simply saying that they’re Romney’s. It’s an artful attempt at … transference … you take what you’re doing and take what you’ve done and blame it on the other guys, as though you haven’t even been president for three and a half years. And you’ve got a supportive media out there helping to spread the lies.”

Limbaugh called Obama delusional with the president’s claim he has created some 4.5 million jobs since taking office in 2009.

“It’s absurd,” Limbaugh said. “The math doesn’t work out. There aren’t any jobs being created on a net basis. We’re losing jobs. There are more people unemployed today than there were when Obama took office. There are over 2 and half million fewer jobs to be had in this country since Obama took office. This idea that there’s job growth? That Obama’s created jobs? He wouldn’t know how to create a job if he had to. He wouldn’t know how to GET a job if he had to.

“You have to ignore all the people who’ve lost their jobs. You have to ignore all the people who have dropped out of the workforce. The net figure, when everything is factored in, the best I’ve been able to find is 1.3 million jobs lost. A universe of over 2 million jobs that have just gone away, not jobs that were filled, just jobs from the universe of jobs, the labor-force participation rate. It’s down by 2 million. And it’s even worse when you consider that in four years, the working population of the country has increased by 8 million or so.”

“Obama hasn’t created anything. What’s happened is destruction,” he concluded.

“So many Americans are literally fearful, literally scared of the future.”
