" Every voter signs their name. That is enough ID." How does that accomplish anything? There's no sample signature to compare to. It doesn't prevent fraud in any way.

How about a "purple finger" or thumbprint to eliminate the possibility of fraud? There are touchpads for fingerprint security on PCs, now.

You cannot cash a check without personal I.D. Isn't a presidential election at least as important as cashing a check?
