<<I can't help but be
skeptical that NPEC is going to suddently turn around. Possible? Yes. Probable? No.>>

Tony I believe it is possible for a company to turn around. It happens every day. Start up companies take time to develop and become profitable. NPEC is now profitable. The issue is that they lost a lot of respect on their way to becoming profitable. Take it or leave it. I was lucky enough not to bother with NPEC when it was in the red. It's in the black now and it seem like a good deal. You won't find a better sleeper than this. It's already making money, what more could you ask for. All I've heard tonight is people's reasons as to why they're gun shy. If your gun shy that's your prerogative to be negative on this issue but you can't logically argue that NPEC is not grossly undervalued right now. I've heard no real reason why NPEC today is not a good buy other than some of you lost money some time ago. Check out the past press releases on gold projects, oil projects, and telecommunications projects. It seems to be a classic turn around story IMHO.
