I didn't write this.

But now I see you are saying there are shares pledged against loans. Perhaps I may have missed this before. how many shares do you estimate are pledged?

And what about Scott Mayer's shares? He says he sold 200,000 of the shares pledged to him for his loan.

And if your certificate rate is as high as you say the FTD's should have caught up with them already.
