Thank you, I do feel very pleased about my weight loss... before, I couldn't walk down the street without getting out of breath, my feet would get swollen just by standing on them for a few minutes, I couldn't even bend down to pick something up... now, I can run for an hour nonstop without getting out of breath, my doctor cut my meds in half and wants to eliminate all of them soon, I bike, play tennis, just an amazing difference... my cholesterol dropped from 277 down to 130... and so on... thanks...<g> GZ
