This would be truly great news for this company. One question, however. Why then does RMCW need OVIS? They could have done this themselves since 1994. Now, suddenly, this is all possible?

You lived there too? Small world, I was at Schofield Barracks on Oahu for three years, I do miss biking up Diamondhead, maybe Mr. Aloha would refresh our memories. When Hurricane IWA hit in the early 80's that water was going for over $15 a bottle, when your very survival is at stake you will pay ANYTHING, yet the nays say there is no market in water, ther are all so foolish.
