Absolutely, we see mild dividend pressure towards the end of every month. It's getting more pronounced as dividends get fatter too. It's a good problem to have. End of quarter seems to have more pronounced dividend impact though. REIT index looks really good after this pullback. Lot's of mREIT's going ex dividend this week is pulling down the REIT index. Good time to start plugging away at positions again on the pullback. Took a very small position in NLY today to start keeping track. AGNC is another good one. They have a tendancy to pull secondaries after ex dividend, so it pays to move slowly and go nuts once they price the secondary.
