IPIC went as high as 44-3/4 on the morning after they announced that redux was approved...I think it closed at 41 or so that day and went down from there.

Tax losses are worth money (because they save you taxes by offsetting other capital gains and as much as $3000 of earned income). If it were me, I'd sell, take the loss, and then buy back in 31 days if the price is still right and I still like the story.

This is a very risky stock. Despite my belief that the AHP study will likely exonerate Redux, I recognize that if I am wrong the stock could lose half its value from here (which is why Pancho is so willing to grace us with his presence).
