i think that the market is saturated with mortgage reits right now. two more due out in the next two weeks.

i think it will take a little time before the price recovers -- namely good earnings -- OAIC has proven management and will succeed. But for now be happy with the yield which will be good at an $18 price.

i did buy some more-- I am patient and time will prove this reit to be a good performer.
