Better than waiting for a SC to reverse a decision it made, elect the Representatives and Senators who oppose CU and will pass legislation to override it.

The DSCC and DHCC should run these ads where they can tip a race. Are they waiting until closer to Election Day? These should run before early voting starts. And be talking points.

If a few people running now would put this front and center in their race, it would appeal across party lines.

You speak as if money didn't exist in politics prior to that decision.

I've got news for you. Big money has been influencing the government for generations. And as the government gets bigger, the rich get more control.

See MIC and Big Oil and Wall Street for such examples. All predate the CU decision.

And now, the health insurance companies have control over their industry in a big way.
