In theory that's what he is supposed to be doing but in practice, its mostly about throwing portions of the acquired companies into BK and outsourcing jobs. Bain would buy a thriving company and get rid of the less profitable parts of the company in order to maximize their return. They didn't try to improve those less profitable parts so that they were more profitable which would be constructive; instead they took the easy way out. Sorry if I am not impressed. More importantly, why are you ?
