VSYS - .065 Noticed the volume too. Encouraging.

Less encouraging is the poor liquidity for all the micros these days. I know it goes in cycles. All the momos have moved on for now... Never thought I'd miss them but they did add volume.

Best of luck.

A quick response I got regarding a concern I had on VSYS financing series A shares, some of which is at discount to market:

"..the converted shares have no registration rights so any time
they convert they have to hold 6 months so they can't simply short and
sell. There are also other safeguards in place. Finally, death spirals
are normally done through promotional financings. The investors in
this deal are highly respected in our industry and are looking long
term. If they tried a death spiral they would kill their own
reputation."

EIPC - Alert Triggered for Enable IPC Corp. Enable IPC Corp (EIPC) Price Crossed Above Its 60 Day Moving Average

EIPC crossed above its 60 day moving average of $0.01 by a fraction of a penny.

Please note you will receive only one "Price Crosses its Moving Average" alert per day per stock which means that you will not get another 60 day moving average alert for EIPC.

40.98% average return! I just did the calcs on all 16 of the stocks that I listed on 9/28/12 (repost below) to see how they have done. Happy to see that the AVERAGE increase of these 16 stocks is 40.98%

10 are up, 6 are down. Some have been duds (like DCMT, down the most at 35%), but others have gone nuts --AVTC up 170%, MKRS 188%, VSYS 89%. A timer could have done even better, with AVTC going over 6 and MKRS up to .61.

Gives me hope that maybe I shouldn't hang it up quite yet :)

Another new one to check out or keep an eye on is RCHN. It has dropped to attractive levels at around .15. Small following but some good folks in IHUB who like it too.

All of these except where noted seem to be a very good prices relative to risk and potential.

CLCN, .65-.75 announced a small acquisition the other day. I like what they are doing with childhood learning centers--very simple, profitable early on, and lots of demand out there. Looking forward to the 9/30 report. The recent August month was simply incredible with 22 new franchises.

CDOC. 08 , dirt cheap if they can keep covering the debt. Some strong underwater sonar technology.

BNLB. 10, great growth, strong fundamentals (for a micro), and looks to be way undervalued. Perhaps my favorite at current price.

PYDS .11, same as BNLB.

PVHO .03ish, recent PR basically saying "hey we are going to be announcing a number of things soon". They have to prove it. Last I heard they have placed a dozen or so 3d kiosk units in Rite Aids, and at least one in a Circle K. Long overdue for following through on grand plans mentioned in last Dec shareholder letter. That's why it is trading only at .03. The tech is dazzling--if they can make it profitable and get the financing (the two big unknowns) the stock could go over a dollar easily..

VSYS .058, said enough here already...we just keep waiting..

MKRS .045, dirt cheap, expecting a strong year end close. Strong technology. Working with some big players.

CRWG .13, get that ad server going, show that it is profitable, and they could take off since they cover so much ground.

MIMV, .40, maybe big since this Microsoft announcement.

IMSC 1.5, another one waiting big approvals. Could put it at whole new level.

EIPC 01,, cheapest on list, market still seems skeptical..

DCMT .20, in good area with mobile communications, seem well positioned but will the transition from paper to digital work for them? Claim they are poised for good things. If so the float is so low the stock could take off quickly.

APDN, .24, very exciting development (similar kind of thing DADTF is doing, that I liked more than 5 years ago) with the DD announcement of requirements, but price has gone up a lot, so at this point only on watch list.

EVTN, .14, no longer sure what to think about these guys. Something seems wrong..BUT last year was a record rev year so maybe it really is just a super long sales cycle...

USAT 1.3, and AVTC, 1.6, automated vending..some good stuff there, currently watching for better prices relative to known news...

stay tuned..
