Admirable story and accomplishment. Congrats. And of course you want the marginal tax rates to be returned back to the 1950's level of 90%. So that about 1.5 milllion of your gain is properly redistributed to its rightful owners... After all, you didn't build that! Did you miss the part where I got a low interest loan from the gov't? And I did forget to mention that I got the bldg in a gov't auction after it had been forclosed. So yes, I build it........but not a lone.
