Thanks for pointing that out Tom. If I'd known she was going to be on the radio last night I would have listened. As it is, I'll listen to it later via your link. I own a copy of "Behind the Green Mask" and it's a fascinating read. I've also mentioned and provided links to information about the Delphi Technique here and on PfP. I've participated in meetings where this technique was utilized, but at the time I didn't know what was happening. I do now and recognize when it is being used on a crowd. You'll find videos downstream on this thread where people who are familiar with this tactic are shut down for mentioning it in meetings they attend. It is sneaky and dishonest and unfair, but bureaucrats use it all the time to get their way.

I tried listening to Rosa Kori on the Coast to Coast link but they want me to sign up and pay a fee. I'm not going there. I'll have to catch her some other time.
