Hello Kanata,

There was no indication that NN will unload the UB division for sure.
As far as I can tell that is an analysts's speculation.
As noted in the conference call,the LAN space continues to be part of NN's
future plans. One analysts speculated during the call that they
thought NN had made up their mind already. I don't know that is
the case for sure. Whatever the plans January will be a key period.

Part of the problem with the LAN division is also the decline in the
shared media hub business. This is one of NN's product lines.
A bad product transistion for some of their VIVID line products
also hurt.
