That's how the laws were written and that's how the Supreme Court ruled. I find it incredible how stupid people are to allow either of these laws to have ever been passed in the first place. In the eyes of greedy Govt, there is no difference between SS MC and FS. It is one of the biggest cons of many the Govt has pulled on the unsuspecting stupid public. The public is going to find out the hard way when the purchasing power of your SS which is in safely invested money in secure Govt bonds, won't even buy you cat food for dinner.
