I was looking more towards buying targets, not selling targets. Putting our dividend gains into use when a holding is available to us at a substantial discount to our original purchase.

However, selling targets are fine with me, especially if it's taking a profit to be put into cash for future use. Selling a stock or 2 after a full year is one thing and we agreed to start the discuss after 9 months. If after that much time has gone by, we see the market landscape has changed dramatically for a holding, then I understand making a change. I think we're a little early in the process to have downside sell targets, which is why I proposed to have downside buy targets.
